Processing Time: After payment confirmation, we will dedicate 1 to 2 business days to process your order. During this period, we will carefully check the products, package them appropriately and prepare your order for shipping.
Estimated shipping times:
We work in partnership with reliable delivery services to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely.
Shipping to Portugal: For orders destined for Portugal, our estimated delivery time is 1 to 2 business days from the shipping date.
Shipping to the European Economic State (EEA) : For orders destined for the EEA, our estimated delivery time is 3 to 4 working days from the date of dispatch.
Shipping to the Rest of the World: For orders destined for other regions of the world, our estimated delivery time is 5 to 6 business days from the shipping date.
Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email or through our notification system. This will allow you to track the delivery progress and know exactly where your order is at each stage of the process.
For cash on delivery: We offer the option of cash on delivery for greater convenience and security in your purchases. By opting for cash on delivery, you are choosing to make payment at the time of delivery of the product. To choose this shipping method you must contact us through our Instagram . Please note that transport costs for this option are higher.
Final Observations: The delivery times mentioned are estimates based on normal shipping conditions. In some exceptional circumstances, such as holidays, extreme weather events or unforeseen logistical issues, there may be delays beyond our control. Cancellation and returns policy
The order cancellation process can only take place until it is shipped. From the moment the order is sent, it is not possible to cancel it.
The return process is handled on a case-by-case basis by TWIZ:
- The user has 14 consecutive days to return the product (which is not personalized), from the moment he receives it;
- The user has 30 consecutive days to return an item that is defective (returns of items with signs of misuse are not accepted).
- If the item is personalized, we do not accept returns. If the personalized item is defective, it has the same 30 days as described above.
The returned products must be in salable conditions, that is, in the same state in which they arrived at the User's hands, without any anomaly or damage.
